“LOVE’S GIFT”

Why did Jesus go to the cross?
I ponder this question deep in my
heart. Why did he have to suffer
for you and me?could there have
been any other way that sins
price could have been be paid?

Love so Pure and Holy died that day…

Why was He mocked and betrayed?
Oh The Precious Lamb of God.
Would I be the one too who spit upon His Precious
Face?In my sin; I would surely have turned the other way.
But Love’s Gift of Faith reached out to me
and my soul cried out for His mercy !

God embraced me as His adopted Child that day…

For God new that redemption's price
would lead the way to The Father’s
Holy Love and eternal embrace.
For The Cross had to be You see,
For at the Cross,God laid down
His Life and paid sin's price with His
Precious Blood being spilt out for death's penalty.

He paid the price I could not Pay on
Good Friday!
