Starting With The Beginning

How did it all start? Where did the universe come from? How did life on earth get started?
What does it all mean? Who am I? Why am I here? Most people at some point in their lives will probably ponder these types of questions in their minds. The determination to pursue the answer to these questions will vary from person to person and the answer that each person decides to settle with or firmly place their beliefs upon will be made evident in their behavior.

The Holy Bible teaches that a Christian will, with God’s help, trust and yield to what the Holy Scriptures teach (2 Timothy 3:14-17); and from the Inspired Written Word of God the quickened soul of a Christian learns that: it all started with God …(Genesis 1:1), God created all things …(Colossians 1:16), all Christians are people who have been reconciled unto God by trusting in the Reconciling, Redeeming, Regenerating Work of Jesus Christ …1 Corinthians chapter 15, The Word of God Who became flesh, …(John 1:14), which resulted in our becoming adopted children of God …(Ephesians 1:5); fashioned by God, in Christ, for the purpose of preordained good works …(Ephesians 2:10); for God’s Glory and for our good…(Ephesians 1:14) and for the good of our neighbors …(Matthew 22:39).

Thank you, Holy Heavenly Father for having mercy upon us, your adopted children in Christ Jesus; that each of us may be enabled by You, oh Lord our God, to live each of our lives on earth, as we journey towards our Heavenly Home to be with You; loving You with all our hearts, with all our souls, and with all our minds; and then, secondly, loving our neighbors as we would like to be loved, which is with Your love…(1 Corinthians 13).
