Who Are We and Why Are We Here?

Before a person is Reconciled unto God by Grace through faith in Jesus Christ, such a person usually finds him or herself pondering some very common, but troubling questions: “ What’s it all about?” “Who am I?” “Why am I here?”

These questions can be addressed with a one-word answer: Relationship!

As Christians, we can know the answers to these and other questions that are birthed from a persistent, seeking, inquiring, and longing heart. It is wonderful to truly know The Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour, but how well do we know Him as Lord in the everyday matters of our daily activities? What is it, as Christians, which motivates us to have an ever-increasing desire and ability to trust and yield unto The Holy Spirit of Truth in our moment-by-moment Christian walk? Why do we do what we do?

There is one word answer that can sum it all up: Fellowship!

Our Lord God Almighty truly desires for us, His adopted children in Christ, to enjoy the Immeasurable Blessing of Infinitely Deep, Ever Abundant, Ever Satisfying, and Ever Sweet Fellowship with Him.

A fellow Christian may ask; “How can such Fellowship begin to be experienced?”

Once we permit God’s Holy Spirit to Reveal to us through God’s Holy Written Word of how needy we are and we start including Him in our most secret thoughts and in our gestures, deeds, and words, we are then taking steps of Faith; Trusting that The Lord Is Merciful and Desires only the Very Best for us, as The Holy Spirit, with Comforting Love, Counsels us to Trust in God to give us the Grace we need to be in His Will for every situation, circumstance and experience as we seek to Love Him and then people in loving obedience to His Holy Written Word of Truth.

Revelation 3: 20)Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
