“A Christian Soldier’s Prayer”

Thank you, Holy Heavenly Father for equipping, me for the spiritual warfare that I need to be prepared for on this day; by Thy Holy Spirit of Truth; through Thy Holy Word of Truth.

Thy Holy Word instructs me that the battle is Yours, Oh Lord! Oh that I may yield unto Thy Holy Spirit; may I behold You clothing me with Thy Holy Spiritual Armour; may I behold You at Work within me; transforming me more and more into the person You Purpose for me to be, which is in the likeness of the Character of Christ Jesus; may I behold You comforting, counseling, and strengthening me, as I find myself in the midst of spiritual warfare. Thy Holy Word Teaches:
“12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians(6)

Oh my Lord, as I witness You positioning and equipping me in the midst of spiritual turmoil, to be your instrument of righteousness, goodness and truth, by Thy Merciful, Loving, Grace, may I also witness evidence of You at Work in the precious lives of those, whom You also Died for, who are also involved in this spiritual battle; may I see evidence of them allowing You to Soften their hearts by Thy Holy Spirit of Truth; desiring to yield unto You and Your purpose for them, in accordance to The Light of Thy Holy Word of Truth, in this extremely difficult situation; and may we all witness, together, You Defending and Protecting us from the evil one and his allies. For Greater are You, Oh Lord God Almighty, Who Lives Within us than he who is in the world; and we are more than conquerors in Christ, Who Lives within us; by Thy Holy Spirit; and we may be Blessed with Thy Peace, which passes all understanding, as we walk by Thy Grace through Faith.
“ 7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” (1 John 1)

To You Alone Be The Glory Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty; For Ever and Ever; as your adopted child in Christ Jesus, my Creator, Saviour, and Lord’s name I Pray; Amen; Amen; and Amen!
